With a few steps, you can easily place your orders online and receive it quickly through couriers
Please provide precise address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information. Remember to spell out the Canadian city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in Canada. After entering the “Ship To” addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order.
Starry Castle Canada offers a special Shipping price Canada Wide.
You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.
As we are still improving our online store, currently we only accept Paypal for all the order payments. After you finish filling up all the shipping and billing information and click proceed to check out, a secure Paypal link will guide you through the Paypal payment process. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can use your credit card or VISA Debit as well.
If you have a coupon or promotional code, please click the “Click here to enter your code” link to apply your coupon or promotional code before you click “Proceed to Paypal” for the payment.
Please review your order to ensure that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, you can always go back to “My Cart” to edit the information. The total price includes taxes and shipping. This is the total cost to you – there will be no additional or other hidden charges. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click “Proceed to Check Out” or “Proceed to Paypal”
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Paypal, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order.
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled online, if you need to modify your orders or cancel your orders, please contact through E-mail: contact@starrycastle.ca or call 647-915-8898 for immediately assistant. If your orders haven’t been sent out for delivery, you may cancel the order free of charge.

Starry Castle Canada offers a Special 2~15 Day Shipping (Orders will be shipped out within 2 business day, shipping time depends on size of the products) Canada Wide
During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes and shipping, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Normally, packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery, if you need a signature for delivery, please mention in the “Order notes” before you proceed to Payment Page.
Orders must be placed by 11 a.m. ET to start processing on the same day.
All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs after payment, 7 days a week, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with Starry Castle Canada purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below.
In all cases, products must be returned in new (for playhouses, playtables, planter tables, play structures, water fun play sets) or gently used (for accessories) condition.
We offer a free 30-day return policy for all of our products, if you are not fully satisfied with our products, please follow the return process in the next section to return your product and receive your refund.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return inquiries outside of the return policy window might not receive the full refund for the purchase.
Once the playhouses, playtables, play structures, Aqua Flow water fun play sets are opened and installed, a full payment return will not be accepted.
Follow these 3 easy steps to return your items by mail.
Step 1: Find out your order information and forward your order details to: contact@starrycastle.ca
We will send you an order confirmation when you place your order, please forward this confirmation to our email with your shipping address so we could track down the order and send you the return process to you. If you could not find the original confirmation email, please provide the “invoice#” on the packing list along with your package.
Step 2: Print your FREE Return Shipping Label
When we receive your return requests, we will track down and verify the order, if a return/exchange is qualified, we will send you the steps that are needed to prepare your free return shipping label. Please print this free return shipping label and tape it to the front of your box.
Step 3: Ship your return
Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Starry Castle Canada packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it using the Canada Postal Service (Canada Post). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
End of Season sale terms and conditions
Special discounts for end of season sale only applied to selected items, promotion will automatically end while all stocks run out!
As we are offering a really low discount rate for the promotion products, a $35 regular shipping fee or a $55 Express shipping fee will apply to all the play table orders, and a $50 regular shipping or a $100 express shipping fee will apply to all the playhouse orders.
All End of Season Sale are Final Sale! We will not accept any return or exchange once the order is shipped. However if the item arrives damaged, our shipping company and Customer Service team will work with the customer to provide further replacements or compensation.
